Project Manager- Construction

As a Senior Project Manager, you would join their team to\nrun your own projects, proactively delivering the full project life-cycle of\nlarge scale PRS schemes. You will need to be able to operate autonomously\nwhilst cooperating with other members of the team to ensure that all projects\nare delivered on time, on budget and to a very high-standard. The role will\nallow exposure to projects that will be second to none.

Requirements:

\n

You must have a relevant degree and have attained\nchartership from a construction board (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM, RIBA etc…)

\n

At least 5+ years' experience in construction

\n

Proven track record of having delivered a £20+ million\nresidential scheme from inception through to completion.

\n

Providing Leadership and direction for a project team.

\n

Ability to chair meetings and directly deal with client's\nneeds and questions.

\n

A strong understanding of the market and construction\nrelated business.

\n
