Marrokal Design & Remodeling (San Diego) an established and growing company is now accepting resumes from experienced Project Managers to join our team.

Basic Requirements

• Take responsibility for multiple residential remodeling or custom home projects (avg. 3-5)

• Bring in jobs on time and on budget.

• Coordinate trade contractors, preparing schedules and tracking costs.

• Assure compliance with contract documents, plans and shop drawings

• Assure that quality of materials and workmanship meets specifications and standards.

• Maintain strict quality control.

• Offer options for additional work.

• Be available for customer questions, comments, etc.

• Minimum 5 years experience Project Management

• Kitchens and bath experience a plus

• Framing: 3 years ()

• Project Management: 5 years (Required)

• Computer skills – MS Office, database management, BuilderTrend a plus

• Verifiable references.

• Clean DMV; Able to pass a background check.

Qualifications

The candidate we select must meet the following criteria:

• Strong sense of urgency to bring in jobs “on-time” and “on-budget.”

• Resolves problems independently without the need to “call the office.”

• Sets high standards for themselves and others.

• Strong computer skills (MS Office, Excel, etc.)

• Maintains vigilance in managing the details and quality of a project.

• Adapts and relates to different personality styles effectively.

• Manages projects, paperwork, and priorities effectively.

• Demonstrates behavior that supports the decisions and goals by management.

• Resolves minor issues, conflicts or problems independently.

• Demonstrates an optimistic viewpoint that anticipates positive outcomes.
