Project Manager (Construction) - Randstad

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Change Coordinator to join a Government Department on a contract basis. This role offers variety as well as the unique opportunity to join the project within the procurement stage. What you will be doing: Take a leading role, alongside the SME and PM, in the analysis, planning, development and delivery of a range of Organisational Change Management products and activities to facilitate a cohesive and supportive transition for users and other key stakeholders. Develop strategies in partnership with key stakeholders, business areas and providers to ensure the delivery and monitoring of agreed project outcomes encouraging a strong customer focus. Consistently provide high level participation and leadership within the project team and stakeholder engagements in undertaking research and analysis of contemporary issues related to the project, project planning, implementation and review. Provide high level advice to the Project Executive, Project Manager, team and key stakeholders, to ensure professional excellence in the design, planning and reporting of project initiatives. Prepare project management and production documents, briefing materials, correspondence, submissions, papers and reports on related activities of the project. Liaise, consult and collaborate with other work units within the department, other government departments and agencies, and relevant professional associations and networks.
