Job Description

Position Title: Project Manager (Digital)

Duration: Contract

Location: Hybrid Remote

Main Tasks:

• Develop and maintain project schedules, keeping stakeholders informed and monitoring progress.
• Collaborate with project managers and finance teams for accurate and detailed budget proposals.
• Manage team holidays and coordinate resources for smooth project operations. Engage with external vendors, negotiating terms and ensuring timely delivery of products/services.
• Create comprehensive statements of work (SOW) in collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Liaise with finance and legal departments, facilitating procurement and vendor management.

Essential Attributes:

• Proven track record in project planning for large teams.
• Proficient in Excel with deep expertise in data management and analysis.
• Fluent in English, ensuring seamless communication across the team.
• Exceptional communication skills, adept at collaborating with fully remote team members.
• Experience of Automotive Design or Automotive CGI pipeline
