Seeking applications for a Commercial Electrical Project Manager for a established and well respected Electrical Contractor located in the Washington-Baltimore Corridor. You will be working in a strong team-like atmosphere, managing large ground-up electrical construction projects. You will use your comprehensive knowledge of electrical construction to lead projects from concept to completion as well as developing a rapport and working directly with clients, ensuring their complete satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of assigned project from start to completion
• Assure project is completed on time and within budget
• Maintain a good working relationship with GC
• Supervise Job Foreman and Subcontractors
• Complete all paperwork associated with project management, including change orders, RFI’s, contracts and two week look ahead reports
• Read, interpret drawings and specifications
• Possess strong time management skills and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate in a timely fashion with GC, Job Foreman & Subcontractors
• Assure OSHA, NEC codes and GC guidelines are followed
• Assure project quality control
• Local travel

​​Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of electrical project management experience
• Experience managing projects values $500K to $5M
• Electrical field experience
• Electrical Journeyman or Master’s License
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Able to read CAD, Viewpoint and Accubid reports
• Knowledgeable of job site safety & OSHA requirements
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of NEC and local codes
• Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
• Proficient on Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Pass required Drug Screen and Background Requirements
• Stable work history
