This multidisciplinary engineering, design and project management consultancy has key relationships with government that stretch back many years. They are a trusted provider of skilled engineering, design, project management and site resources. A need has arisen for more Project Managers / Engineers. 6-12 months with likely extension Please call Dan Kery BEng on 0406 537 706 A range of road and other civil works. Assist with key project documents such as Project Management Plans Prepare / assist with project management planning, execution and finalisation deliverables, such as Cost Reports, Project Status Reports, Project Monthly Reports. Assist with procurement and contracts, including consultant and construction contract assembly and administration Manage project aspects such as cost, schedule, budget, risks and constraints, benefits, document control Project Control- Coordination of RFIs, follow up of action items with consultants, user groups, regulators and Council & external stakeholders. Assist with facilitating project meetings. This includes scheduling, issuing minutes & agendas and close out of actions. Construction site surveillance (in conjunction with the contract Superintendent, if appointed). Daily Site inspections of works. Maintain project diary and quantity monitoring. Assist with assessment of claims from the contractors. Communicate with and manage project stakeholders.
