Project Manager - Environmental (Hybrid)

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage all environmental aspects associated with site assessment, environmental audits, field construction projects, dewatering and environmental compliance.Prepare proposals including project summaries, work scopes, and budget for submittal to ETIC clients.Monitor budgets for multiple projects and prepare change orders as needed.Direct/lead a diverse group of engineers, environmental scientists, and project technical specialists with varying levels of experience. Performing tasks related to environmental investigation and remediation projects such as field work, sampling, system engineering, and interpreting data.Work with clients to develop strategic approaches to satisfy remediation requirements from preliminary assessment through remediation construction.Direct and implement field and office data collection efforts, data validation, and data evaluation.Direct and implement soil, groundwater, sediment, air, and soil vapor sample collection, provide for oversight of investigation and remediation subcontractors including analytical laboratories and drilling companies.Prepare Technical Reports; remediation analysis and design; and bid documents.Management of consultant and contractor firms in terms of technical, budgetary, regulatory, and scheduling requirements. Maintain communication with multiple client and regulatory personnel.Develop and maintain client relationships.Create and maintain records of purchase orders, field work orders, and client communications. Education, Knowledge and Skills Requirements: Bachelor or Master of Science in Geology, Engineering or other related fields of study 5-10 years of experience Professional Registration PreferredProficient with several computer applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Outlook);Demonstrated effective oral and written communications skills;Sound decision making and problem-solving abilities;Detail oriented, ability to multi-task with strong organization skills;Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects at a given time;Ability to work and contribute to a team environmentOther Requirements:  Must meet company defined, pre-employment alcohol/drug screen.Must meet company defined, pre-employment physical;Clean Valid California Driver’s LicensePowered by JazzHR
