Milwaukee area commercial general contractor for commercial retail, restaurant and ground up or rehab projects is in need of an experienced Project Manager who can do estimating for medium to large projects.   You will estimate costs for trade estimates with the subcontractors.  You will also maintain good relationships and work with architects, engineers and the ability to present proposals to the owner.

Our candidate will have knowledge of the project manager’s role and responsibilities as far as managing the project from start to completion. You will develop preconstruction and construction schedules with the management team to ensure their projects are completed on time as well as on schedule.
