Aalis Management Consulting seeks a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to support a Federal Agency client. The Project Manager will be solely dedicated to this contract and will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of professionals.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the project, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope and budget
- Perform hands-on project work, contributing directly to the daily tasks and deliverables.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and reports to track progress and communicate status to stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with federal regulations, policies, and procedures.

Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, fostering strong relationships and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Identify and mitigate risks, resolving challenges to keep the project on track.

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Criminal Justice, or a related field.

10+ years of professional experience in project management, focusing on supervising staff and projects.

Proven experience managing federal contracts or projects, with a strong understanding of federal regulations and processes.

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.
