We serve a diverse range of sectors, including offices, hospitals, schools, museums, and multi-occupancy residential buildings such as social and sheltered housing, co-living apartments, and student accommodation.\n\nOur Services:\n\n * Passive Fire Protection: Installation, remediation, and inspections of fire doors, fire stopping (compartmentation), fire curtains, roller shutters, cavity barriers, and fire coatings.\n\n * Active Fire Safety: Installation and maintenance of fire detection and fire suppression systems, including fire sprinklers, fire alarms, automatic opening vents, wet and dry risers, and smoke control systems.\n\n * Fire Compliance: Risk management and condition surveys.\n\n * Fire Safety Training: For our engineers, subcontractors, and customers.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\n\n * Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations.\n\n * Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with FIRAS and BAFE certified standards and all relevant regulations.\n\n * Monitor progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.\n\n * Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably within the fire protection or construction industry.\n\n * Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.\n\n * Excellent leadership and communication skills.\n\n * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.\n\n * Full UK driving licence.\n\nWe are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
