Project Manager - Fit Out

Job Title: Project Manager.



Location: Slough/Harrow.



Salary: £300-£350 Per day! or £65K PAYE



Project Manager required to oversee fitout projects in the leisure and hospitality sector. Projects include restaurant, pub and hotel refurbishments and fitouts.



Current Development - Slough



The current project is PD (Office to Resi) for 98 units and we have planning for roof space. Need experience of Cat A and Cat B construction.



We are the client and principal contractor.



Need experience of DB JCT contracts, developing and maintain risk register, CSA, valuations, and manage procurement and multiple sub-contractors.



Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple projects (usually 3/4) at a time

• Office based with very little travelling required

• Ensure sites and managers are adhering to Health & Safety regs at all time

• Write progress/update reports for the director

• Oversee labour levels on site, increasing labour as and when required

• Ordering Materials

• Works closely with the director



About You



You must have previous experience in project managing fitout projects, or you may be an experienced site manager in the fitout industry, looking to progress your career to project management.
