Project Manager, Grid, EMEA

Turner Lovell is working closely with a global Energy Engineering Services business to source a Project Manager to focus on grid services within EMEA. You will lead all aspects of medium and large scale projects, with multiple clients, managing and guiding teams of multi-discipline professionals while coordinating the activities of all third-party companies contributing to the project delivery. This is a hybrid role that can be based close to any of the 4 UK offices of this business.

This role will be accountable across several key areas:

• Managing risks related to cost, schedule, and quality throughout the full project lifecycle
• Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, safety standards, and client satisfaction
• Overseeing the day-to-day execution of projects, including financial metrics, planning, scheduling, and staffing
• Coordinating technical requirements relating to grid and substation projects
• Obtaining new/repeat business and supporting contract negotiations

To be considered for this role you should have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in grid and/or substation projects within EMEA.
• Proven background or managing and leading teams of multi-discipline professionals.
• Experienced in coordinating the activities of all third-party stakeholders and companies contributing to the project delivery.

It would be beneficial to have:

• PMP certification
• Experience working at large engineering consultancy environments
• Experience in data centre design, EV charging infrastructure, BESS projects
