About the Role: A dynamic organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a digital transformation initiative within its HR Division. This strategic role involves implementing a new HR system designed to enhance the experience for employees, managers, and candidates, while fostering a culture of innovation and service excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, and oversee the project lifecycle, including scope, budget, risks, and communication.
  • Engage in procurement and contract management, ensuring compliance with public sector guidelines.
  • Provide leadership and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications: Prince2 certification or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven track record in managing large-scale projects, ideally within HR or payroll system implementation.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, with a focus on delivering complex projects in a matrix environment.
  • Desirable: Experience in the education sector and knowledge of HR processes.
