Their commitment to sustainable growth aligns with their goal of achieving carbon neutrality within their business operations by 2050 Your new role Define project goals, create timelines, and manage project deliverables and budgets.Coordinate with strategic partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders (consultants, local authorities) to ensure successful project execution.Facilitate communication among stakeholders to keep everyone informed about project developments.Address any issues or challenges that arise during project implementation.Manage team activities, assign tasks, and ensure effective contributions from each team member.Train and guide team members to achieve project milestones.Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.Maintain a keen eye for detail to prevent project setbacks.What you'll need to succeed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., process, electrical, chemical, civil engineering).Experience in engineering and project management.Familiarity with FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) and project management practices.Broad understanding of engineering technical codes and standards (e.g., API, ASME) and exposure to ISO standards.A willingness to travel and collaborate as a team player.It has to be based in Sarawak for project purposes.
