Job Summary: Far West Federal seeks a highly experienced Task Manager Master to lead and manage dynamic team(s) supporting our critical Department of Defense (DoD) operations. You will oversee project execution, facilitate staffing processes, and ensure team competencies align with mission-critical objectives.

This position is contingent on contract award.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex, multi-disciplinary team(s).
• Oversee recruitment processes, conduct candidate interviews, and ensure personnel skillset alignment.
• Maintain and update skillset for management of legacy systems, modernization initiatives, and other tasks for meeting organizational goals.
• Foster effective communication and coordination among project stakeholders.
• Track and manage project milestones and deliverables.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of relevant leadership and management experience as an active Task Manager.
• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience required. Advanced degree .
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Experience working with DoD or the Defense Health Agency (DHA) .
