Position Summary:

Airswift is seeking a skilled Project Manager IV to join our team in Houston. In this key role, you will lead and manage multiple complex technology projects—primarily focused on Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, and Power Platform integrations. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders from IT, Asset Integrity, Asset Management, Gas Control, and Operational Compliance to ensure successful project execution.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in digital transformation initiatives within the pipeline industry. A background in this field, along with project management certification, will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of multiple technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

• Oversee and manage projects involving Generative AI, Copilot, and Microsoft Power Platform.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with business and IT stakeholders to drive project success.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

• Identify and proactively mitigate project risks and roadblocks.

• Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.

• Provide regular and transparent project updates to internal and external stakeholders.

• Continuously explore process improvements and opportunities for innovation in project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field—or equivalent work experience.

• 10+ years of experience managing IT and technology projects, with a strong track record of success.

• Proven experience delivering projects involving Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, and Power Platform integrations.

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Experience in the pipeline or energy industry is a significant plus.

• Programming or database management experience is a plus.

• Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is .

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
