With your energy, agility and a keen eye for detail, you’ll deliver transformational outcomes for multiple clients every day.Land Development Project Manager Specializing in Site Plan Projects.Role accountabilities:Complete and review proposals, change ordersGuiding projects from start to finish. Due diligence, conceptual design and detailed designProviding technical direction, design review and detailed design on multiple simultaneous land development files with a focus on ICI and Residential Mixed Use Site Plan projectsLeading and/or independently preparing Functional Servicing reports in support of potential land development projectsLiaising with clients, agencies and others to obtain approvalsSupervision and mentoring of project engineers and technologistsEnsuring that the clients' needs are met in a timely and cost effective mannerUndertaking business development activities with new and existing clients in the pursuit of new projects, and the cross-selling of other practice areas, including preparing fee proposalsProject Management, including control and management of the financial aspects of your projectsQualificationsQualifications and Experience:7 to 10 Years of experience Experience working on Land Development projects in the GTADirect experience with the design and approval process for projects with various municipalitiesComplete knowledge base for construction methodologies for land development projectsCivil Engineering Degree or Civil Engineering DiplomaAdditional InformationWhy Arcadis?We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
