Project Manager - Lead Global Campaigns and In-Store Events (1-year Temporary Contract role)

Job DescriptionAre you thrilled in combining your project management, communication, and planning skills to lead from end to end our global campaigns and in-store events where our LEGO® Bricks play a key role?If yes, then here is your chance of joining a motivated and collaborative team that has an exciting journey ahead!Core ResponsibilitiesManage Global Campaigns, where LEGO® Bricks are integrated, from end to end. From brief to final offer including Brick assortment, POS material, campaign instruction, etc.Lead small- and large-scale event with ‘Bricks in Hands’ from end to end. Clarification to final delivery with all activities related to planning, budget, stakeholder management, communication, and after-action report.Be the main contact for internal and external stakeholder coming with questions and clarifications for ‘Bricks in Hands Activities.Handle IP approval for brick build model that are used in global campaign and event.Manage the production forecast for Global campaigns and events.Run internal resource planning according to current and incoming project.Play your part in our team succeedingRetail Model Production – Design and Engineering is the bridge between concept idea and realization when it comes to brick based, building happenings and permanent instore solutions.Our products boost the sales of LEGO sets globally. We have equal focus on innovation and optimization – we standardize where possible and deliver "WOW” when needed from a commercial and marketing point of view.Our Retail MP – D&E Billund team is located in Denmark. The team works closely together with key stakeholders in the Billund LEGO Retail organization as well as the LEGO Agency which is part of the Product Marketing Development (PMD) organization. Furthermore, the team owns the technical responsibility for all products delivered to NRP stores in close collaboration with our external partner.Do you have what it takes?The ideal candidate has proven project management experience leading multiple small projects at the same time, demonstrating ability to priorities for ultimately delivering accordingly. Moreover, experience working in a global environment, with the ability to work across borders, with several global stakeholders / suppliers.Experience as a Project Manager within Marketing or Event planning roles will be an advantage.The successful candidate will also demonstrate:Strong communication skills, with a clear passion for interacting with internal team member as well as external stakeholders.Ability for networking, with the proactivity to share knowledge and best practices with customers.Structured approach, looking forward to optimized processes when possible.Self-driven skills to perform working independently, in teams and in a non-direct leadership role.Flexibility in terms of working hours, as our global partners are based in multiple time zones.Advanced English language skills, both written and oral.What’s in it for you?
