Astute's Renewable Energy team is partnering with a leading energy-saving provider with a commitment to sustainability and professional development, to recruit an LED Project Manager, specialising in LED technologies.\n\nThe strategically important Project Manager role comes with a salary between £50,000- £60,000.\n\nIf you're an experienced Project Manager and are looking to work for an organisation that puts integrity and people at the forefront of everything it does, then submit your CV to apply today.\n\nResponsibilities and duties\n\nReporting to the Operations Manager, you will:\n\nEnsure compliance with CIBSE, BS EN 12464, HTM, and other industry standards, coordinating procurement, logistics, and supplier management.\nManage subcontractors to ensure high-quality installation and delivery of projects.\nDevelop detailed project plans, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation are carefully managed.\nMaintain accurate records, including project documentation, risk registers, and progress reports.\nCollaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.\nProvide regular project updates to clients and senior management.\nEnsure all projects meet health & safety regulations (RAMS, CDM) and building codes.\nProvide structured updates on project status, financials, and risks\nProactively identify and mitigate risks to prevent delays or cost overruns.\nConduct site visits, audits, and quality control checks to ensure standards are met.\nComplete all O&M handover documentation per client specifications.\nTo be the main point of contact for clients in local authorities, healthcare, and commercial sectors. \n\nProfessional qualifications\n\nWe are looking for someone with the following:\n\nPrevious project management experience, within construction, building services, renewables or LED lightening.\nPRINCE2, APM or equivalent project management certification\nSkilled in contract management, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement.\nConfident in running multiple projects\nExcellent Health and Safety background, including RAMS and CDM regulations. \n\nPersonal skills\n\nThe Project Manager role would suit someone who is:\n\nA strong leader with strong organisational and project management skills.\nA problem-solver who can manage changing priorities\nDetail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of quality\nAn excellent communicator\nPassionate about sustainability and energy-efficient solutions.
