Wevalue the diversity of our people because we know that innovation thrives whenit is fueled by a variety of perspectives, skills, backgrounds and experiences.For us, nobody is perfect, but a team can be. #TeamInnomotics.Yourfuture responsibilitiesPlanning and managing the projectsfor our portfolio and representing them to national and internationalcustomers.Responsible for the Overall ProjectManagement stages Responsible for project costs,timing, quality, product performance, and meet deadlinesDevelop and maintain a strongunderstanding of manufacturing processes, equipments and technologies to driveproject improvement, execution and innovationProactively identify and resolveproject-related issues, risks and conflicts to ensure smooth project executionYou will prepare the projects inaccordance with customer specifications and supervise them during the variousprocessing phases up to contract fulfillment, including the retrospective.You will work closely with thecommercial department and the sales, engineering, manufacturing, quality andpurchasing departments.In cooperation with the commercialdepartment, you will be responsible for claims and change management for theprojects to be supported.Ensure compliance with industrystandards, customer requirements, regulatory requirements, and internalpolicies through entire project lifecycleYourprofileTechnical studies in the field ofIndustrial/Mechanical Engineering or similar studiesCertification in Project Management.Experience and deep knowledge withProject Management within a manufacturing environment Building on this, you have alreadygained +5 years’ professional experience in project management or thesupervision of customer projects and ideally have intercultural experience High technical understanding ofdocumentation;Working knowledge SAP required;Very good knowledge of MS Office,SAP and Teamcenter.Good command of the Englishlanguage, German would be an advantage.You work independently, in astructured manner and are characterized by a communicative, careful andquality-conscious way of working.
