Project Manager - Oil and Gas

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee complex Oil & Gas projects, specifically those within the Saudi Aramco ecosystem . The ideal candidate will have a solid 15+ years of project management experience, with a focus on Oil & Gas, and at least 7 years of hands-on involvement in Aramco projects . This role requires an individual who not only has deep technical expertise but also a thorough understanding of Aramco's processes, procedures, standards, and project management methodologies. As the Project Manager , you will take ownership of projects from their inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in strict adherence to Aramco's engineering, safety, quality, and environmental standards . You will be expected to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage resources, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain client relationships while implementing risk management strategies to ensure project success. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field. PMP certification or equivalent is preferred. A minimum of 15+ years of project management experience , with at least 7 years of direct experience in Aramco projects . In-depth knowledge of Aramco's standards, processes, and approval cycles . Strong understanding of quality control and HSE regulations within the Oil & Gas industry. Fluency in Arabic is an advantage but not required.
