Overview:
Our client is seeking a Plumbing & Mechanical Project Manager to join their team. Our client is a leading provider of construction services, specializing in mechanical projects. As a Plumbing & Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Review and process all submittal data and shop drawings to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Communicate details and requirements for submittal process to subcontractors and suppliers
• Conduct Pre-Construction Start Up Meeting with Project Manager/Field Staff and Operations Director
• Attend and participate in meetings with Architect/Engineer and owner representatives
• Analyze and resolve work problems
• Manage project budget, control expenses, and administer owner and subcontractor billings

Qualifications:

• Four year college degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural, or equivalent
• Skill and experience using Microsoft Excel
• Driver's license and method of transportation is required
• Strong teamwork
• Positive attitude and professional customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn and advance
• CAD, PMP Certification, and advance degree are a plus
• Experience with Multi-Family and Commercial projects is desired
