About the company With over 20 years experience across Sydney tour client is seeking a Project Manager to join the team to be fully supported by our leading construction team.     Requirements for this role    Manage & deliver end to end large scale fit-out projects $100k - $5m Deliver projects on time and within budget Provide full scope & feasibility of works To support in the delivery of supply & installation projects Contract administration, invoicing and project variation management Problem solving and developing swift solutions to on and off-site issues Monitor job progress against program, keep stakeholders updated and identify opportunities for improvement Ensuring that the highest standards of health and safety are considered as a priority throughout all stages of the project Skills and experience To be successful in this role you will demonstrate: Minimum of 10+ years overall experience in the construction industry 5+ years experience in a similar role Strong interpersonal relationship skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at a high level At Found People, we treat all applications with strict confidentiality.
