Feature Role: APS4 Project Officer - Richmond Job ID: 111652A Location: Metro Victoria – Richmond Duration: Initial Contract 12 months (with extension option) Salary: $43.82 per hour + 11.5% Superannuation Note: To be eligible for consideration, you must apply and attend a Virtual Interview Applications Close: Strictly at 12pm on Wednesday 25th September, 2024* Key Responsibilities may include: Coordinate and manage stakeholder engagement activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes. Assist in managing external research contracts, including liaising with contractors and handling basic contract administration. Support document management and ensure version control for project materials. Format and proofread reports, briefings, and other written content for accuracy and clarity. Conduct basic research and gather data to aid in policy analysis. Maintain project management tools and track key milestones. Organise and coordinate workshops, seminars, and other events. What next?
