Project Manager - Randstad

5-8 years of project management experience in Rail, Government, Defence, Mining, or LTE infrastructure. Construction background with expertise in methodologies and best practices. Skilled in aligning complex requirements with project deliverables and ensuring SOC compliance. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within client parameters. Ethical and collaborative in client-facing roles. Strong knowledge of HSEQ and WHS. Experience with multidisciplinary teams on multimillion-dollar projects. Proficient in proposals, contracts, and managing sub-contractors. Able to maintain schedules, budgets, and documentation. Confident communicator with strong attention to detail.
