The Role

They are seeking an experienced and driven

Project Manager

with a strong background in renewables . This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to lead and oversee renewable energy projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects through all phases, from planning to energization and handover.

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction.

Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with key deliverables and mitigating risks.

Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.

Communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders and senior management.

Oversee contract management, permits, and regulatory documentation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and execution.

What They're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience managing large-scale renewable projects preferably Battery energy storage systems and Solar projects.

A proven track record of successfully delivering renewable energy projects.

Strong knowledge of BESS and Solar technologies, industry standards, and best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
