Project Manager – Renewable Energy (Solar & Wind Farms)We are looking for a Project Manager for an international IPP energy company to jointly develop and expand its PV/Onshore project portfolio in the Polish energy market.Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and management of solar and wind farm projects in Poland, from inception through to completion.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and external stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.Oversee all stages of project development, including site selection, permitting, design, and construction.Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and environmental guidelines.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.Collaborate with local authorities, communities, and landowners to foster positive relationships.Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and key milestones. Requirements: Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, particularly in the renewable energy sector.Strong understanding of solar and wind energy project development processes, including permitting, construction, and regulatory frameworks.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent organisational skills.Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Fluent in both English and Polish (written and spoken).A degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field would be an advantage.
