Our client is recruiting for a Project Manager (SAP S4 HANA Systems) to work on a permanent basis for a client in London. This will work for a dynamic innovative client offering fantastic career progression

This role will focus on SAP S4 Hana projects so will require someone with that knowledge and implementation (will come from an implementation or transformation background)

This is a unique opportunity to be involved in the whole life-cycle of the project from vendor selection, scoping of requirements, implementation and deployment.

Working with the CRM Project Manager, under the guidance of the Program Manager the initial focus will be to assist in vendor selection and the initial scoping of requirements and mapping the business processes to ensure that the full range of features and capabilities are identified and scoped for across the ERP and CRM solutions.

• Working as part of the Digital Program Team you will be responsible for implementing the global ERP project to support and deliver business objectives and goals.
• ERP vendor selection.
• Delivery of a successful project offer/contract.
• Requirements definition and scoping of project deliverables.
• Working with various business stakeholders to Identify and map business processes.
• Working with other workstream project managers (e.g. CRM and web and integration PMS) to ensure that an end to end business capability is accounted for.
• You will be responsible for deploying a fully integrated ERP solution including finance, supply chain, manufacturing (including MES) and Quality.
• Developing the global deployment model, you will be responsible for liaising with IT, business function leaders, HR, other project teams (e.g. CRM and integration) and external partners/vendors
• Budget management, scheduling, quality control, effective project management

Experience required

• 5+ years’ experience in global/European ERP implementations (SAP S4 HANA)
• Strong Tier 1 OEM background/experience is also a plus for this role.
• Excellent Organisational Change Management skills and evidence of results in successful deployment of Enterprise Resource Planning for large companies.
• Superior program and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to assemble a multi-site virtual deployment team; to provide strong leadership and coaching; and to effectively grow Global/European Enterprise Resource Planning and functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills: influence, collaboration, conflict resolution, and expectation management to work with global IT and business teams to deliver expected results.
