My client is an industry leading principle contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.\n\nWe are currently recruiting a Project Manager or Site Manager to join the company and manage a Cut and Carve, Demolition, Structural Alterations, RC and Groundworks contract based in London.\n\nRATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!\n\nTHIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!\n\nProject Manager Responsibilities:\n\n• Reporting and working alongside the Operations Manager.\n\n• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety\n\n• Keeping site diaries\n\n• Producing RAMS\n\n• Producing cost plans\n\n• Quality Assurance.\n\n• Programming\n\n• Managing the client\n\n• Providing progress reports\n\n• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.\n\nProject Manager Requirements:\n\n• CSCS\n\n• SMSTS\n\n• First aid\n\n• Temporary Works Coordinator (beneficial)\n\n• Experienced in Cut and Carve, Demolition, Structural works, RC and Groundworks\n\n• Experienced in cost plans, RAMS, programming, etc.\n\n• 10+ years project management experience\n\nThe Next Steps: To apply for the role as a Project Manager, click on the apply now button below and submit your CV for further information
