We are proud to be an integral part of their ongoing expansion, providing them with suitable local staff to complement their outstanding existing team.\n\nThe ROLE\nThe Project Manager - Automation/Control Systems will deliver Systems Integration/controls and automation projects mainly in the food industry. The minutia of the role includes; \n \n* Project Management of control systems with a dedicated automation delivery team\n* Preparation of detailed technical customer quotations for bespoke Control Systems\n* Liaise directly with customers throughout the project \n* Provide technical supervision of system design, build and installation personnel\n* Customer site visits as and when required\n\nThe CANDIDATE\nOur client is looking for a Project Manager with the following background:\n\n* Experience in system integration \n* Ability to understand and produce control system design documents.\n* Understanding of technical project life cycle.\n* Knowledge:\no System for in process and manufacturing environments\no PLC based control system architecture\no PLC, HMI & SCADA coding\no On site commissioning of industrial control systems\n* Working knowledge of industrial hardware systems\no Control panel design and assembly\no Site installation design\no Control system hardware LV distribution/MCC/PLC/Safety/instrumentation\no Hardware design documents (circuit schematics, I/O schedules, motor schedules)\n* Ideally from the Food Process and Beverage sector\n\n\nPackage: \nSalary £55,000 - £65,000 Depending on experience, \nCompany pension scheme, \n25 Days holiday, plus bank holidays\nProfit Share scheme,\nShare scheme\nEtc. \n\nALTERNATIVE TITLES: Senior Project Manager - Systems Integration, Project Engineer - Control Systems, Project Manager - Automation\n\n\nLocation: Peterborough\nThis role is commutable from:\nPeterborough\nStamford\nCorby\nUppingham\nWansford\nYaxley\nOundle\nKettering\nNorthampton\nCambridge\nThrapston\nWellingborough\nHuntingdon\nSawtry\nRaunds\n\nMana Resourcing is a specialist recruitment company working within the Engineering, Sales, IT and Commercial sectors.
