Responsibilities

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Manage Transportation, Civil Engineering or Pre-contruction projects.
• Participate in project review meetings and assigning responsibility for action items to assure projects stay on schedule and budget
• Lead and align project team
• Understand project requirements and develop budgets for required project activities
• Analyze, manage, and minimize project risk(s)
• Maintain Client communication, ensure Client satisfaction, and maximize repeat business
• Ensures project team communication is effective and lead project meetings
• Plan, monitor, and manage project delivery
• Delegates specific, measurable, and time-bound assignments to project team
• Proactively manage project scope and schedule
• Ensure project milestones are met with quality deliverables
• Manage project changes and mitigates financial and schedule impacts
• Manage reports and project documentation
• Monitor progress, and forecasts resources and cash flow requirements
• Monitor, control, and reports project financials

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred
• Must possess Professional Engineer (PE) license and be an active member of the CIAPR
• 5 Years of Project Management Experience
• Must have fluent verbal land written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
