Project Manager - Water Damage Restoration

Our client is looking for a Water Division Project Manager in the Warren, Ohio area. The Water Division focuses on all aspects of structural cleaning, deodorization, and contents restoration for both residential and commercial properties that have suffered water damage. This position focuses solely on emergency services, cleaning, and content management. This opportunity offers a base salary of $65K - $75K with excellent benefits, stability, and upward mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to water damage losses of all sizes and secure work

• Duties focus on management of mitigation phase including emergency services, cleaning, and content management.

• Prepare accurate and complete project estimates and proposals.

• Oversee projects from start to finish with crews, subcontractors, and temp labor.

• Supervise multiple crews on multiple projects.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required, College degree preferred

• 3 - 5 years of experience in restoration or property insurance industry

• Experience working with insurance companies and understanding the claims process.

• Strong estimating skills with Xactimate software preferred

• Thorough understanding of industry standards in water.

• IICRC, FSRT, OCT certifications strongly preferred.
