Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRestoration XP is an engineer owned disaster restoration company headquartered in Carrolton, Tx. We have 65 employees and office at a 100,000 sq ft facility. Restoration XP is the “Official Water, Fire and Mold Restoration Partner of the NBA World Champion Dallas Mavericks” The project manager will work with our clients to restore residential and commercial properties following a flood, fire, roofing, or other property damage. Proficient in Xactimate is and heavy reconstruction experience. The primary responsibilities include communication, coordinating and scheduling with staff, contractors, adjusters and customers during the construction processes. The main objective is to ensure high quality work is performed, the jobs are completed on time and on budget with the right materials. Project Managers are responsible for multiple projects at the same time depending on work load. · Prepare budgets, and work timetables· Communicate with customers, sub-contractors and management· Interpret and negotiate work order contracts and technical information with sub-contractors and other professionals· Report on work progress and budget matters to clients and management· Build relationships with quality sub-contractors and insurance adjusters· Instruct and supervise construction personnel and activities onsite· Respond to after hour emergency losses· Manage construction projects from start to finish· Comply with building and safety codes, and other state and local regulationsSkills and Knowledge Requirements:· Experience in the property restoration industry· Effective at monitoring and managing multiple projects· Emphasis on residential and commercial construction· Knowledge of MicrosoftOutlook®, Excel®, Word®, PSA Xactimate experience a plus· Must have a good work attitude, customer service and organizational skills· Must have a valid Texas driver's license and good driving record· Excellent communication and leadership skills· Must be able to lift over 50 pounds and endure seasonal temperaturesOn-call availability during emergency or disaster situations is requiredJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:
