Mission Context
Project Development teams need the support of a project planner to initialize and update several project development plannings during the studies before-Final Investment Decision phase.
Due to the complexity of renewables project development phase with complex multi-activities involving different stakeholders, using a planification software is necessary in replacement of excel to help team follow the best way their development phase, identify critical path and so avoid any issue during development phase and beginning of construction phase.
Objectives and Deliverables (for each project)
Step 1 - Onboarding phase:
- Meeting with Project Team esp Project Developer to discover the project & team members
Step 2 - Initialization Phase:
- Alignment meetings with the Team members (One Tech / Structure Finance /Project Execution Manager..)
- 1st planning creation and first diffusion with specific update process
Step 3 - Run phase:
- Regular meetings with project team members / planning update every weeks or biweekly or monthly depending on the dynamic of the project phase (Acceleration typically anticipated when financial closure and NTP approaches)
In addition, depending on workload, Follow up on project in execution on schedule and progress
Deliverables: Project development planning under Primavera or MS Project
Regular export under PDF and/or Word for diffusion to Project Team Member or Partners
