As a Project Planner Specialist, you will have a key role in the department processes, being responsible for the following main activities:

  • Develop detailed schedules in Primavera P6 involving Engineering, Procurement, and Production/Mounting. Track and monitor critical paths in project meetings and others.
  • Provide inputs (detailed schedule and S-curves) for monthly progress reports for the client;
  • Supporting the Resource Planning and prioritization of activities of the Engineering departments between the different projects. Scheduling activities and tracking progress according to project needs and production, assembly, and delivery priorities;
  • Hold weekly meetings to monitor the portfolio of project mounting components involving different departments, to ensure that engineering and supply deadlines are met, anticipate risks, and propose corrective actions.
  • Support Sales, Engineering, and other departments by performing projections and simulations to establish resource forecasts and schedules.

Main requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project execution methodologies, with a strong track record in successful project delivery.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication in a global environment.
  • Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and management.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
