Role Overview

• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with company goals and deadlines.




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans.




• Utilize your engineering planning expertise to ensure efficient and effective project execution.




• Oversee project budget and resource allocation, making necessary adjustments as needed.




• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and make recommendations for process improvements.




• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.




• Manage and mentor a team of project planners, providing guidance and support as needed.




• Utilize your strong communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.




• Conduct regular reviews of project performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.




• Identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve project planning and execution.

 

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong planning and scheduling skills, with experience in engineering project management.




• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead a team.




• Knowledge of offshore oil and gas, LNG, and chemical industries.




• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.




• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues.




• Experience in utilizing project management tools and software.




• Ability to work onsite in Qingdao, China.

 

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.




• Certification in project management or related field . Offshore oil and gas, LNG and chemical background.




• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and management.
