Title: Primavera Consultant Required Skills & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management or related field from an accredited college/university • Minimum of 8 years of scheduling experience utilizing Primavera (P6) software. • Must be capable of standing up new projects in Primavera • Strong process improvement experience • Comfortable presenting to stakeholders regularly Job Description This position provides support to the Transmission Engineering group for major (specific) capital projects. Primary function is to lead the development and maintenance of project schedules in Primavera, acting as a lead scheduler. Will eventually be asked to train junior staff on Primavera technologies. • Works with multiple stakeholders to build project schedules in Primavera • Conducts routine meetings with Project Managers and stakeholders to maintain current and accurate schedules in Primavera • Provides routine summary portfolio and project level status reporting on schedule adherence • Support Project Managers in identify schedules and milestones at risk • Assists with tracking project costs including budget reforecasts, estimates versus actuals, accruals, and contingencies • Communicates with and gathers information from other departments to ensure that project schedules, • Assists with the creation of major (specific) capital project budgets and estimates and in the development of cash flow projections • May be required to present details related to project scheduling • Supports Project Management leadership and team members with special reports and informational inquiries
