LocationThis Position is based out of our Lone Tree, CO Offices. ResponsibilitiesKiewit Infrastructure Engineers are seeking a Project Support Specialist in the Lone Tree, Colorado office. You will be responsible for supporting our Construction Engineering Services group projects, pursuits and daily operations. • Provide operational, financial and administrative support to department management• Compile summary level project reports for management• Assist department managers with development of standard procedures• Assist department and project managers in project setup and tracking, through software programs such as Smartsheet and SharePoint • Establishes priorities and allocates time to maximize benefits; manages time and competing priorities• Assist in developing projections for projects and pursuits• Utilize the quality assurance manualQualifications• 5 years’ minimum experience in a project coordination or similar role, within the Engineering / Construction industry preferred• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred• Comfortable in a project leadership role, including calling and managing meetings• Knowledgeable of basic project management principles • Basic knowledge of standard engineering practices, construction drawings, reports and specifications• Working knowledge of engineering and accounting tools, with an emphasis in programs such as Excel, Word and ProjectWise• Experience interfacing with corporate accounting systems• Aptitude to learn and use Kiewit’s various project and financial management tools• Highly collaborative, and strong written and verbal communications skills• Demonstrated work ethic with ability and desire to work in a team-oriented organization• High degree of confidentiality and integrity with sensitive information• Ability to meet or exceed stringent deadlines #LI-TSCOTTOther Requirements:• Regular, reliable attendance• Work productively and meet deadlines timely• Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment• Perform work safely and effectively.
