You will be part of a dedicated team working to maintain the highest standards of safety and well-being for all and staff.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nProvide administrative support to the Health and Safety team, ensuring health and safety compliance for properties under management.\nAssist in maintaining and updating compliance trackers, safety records, and documentation.\nMonitor and manage health and safety project software and assist in project coordination.\nWork with various teams to ensure health and safety policies are adhered to on-site.\nEnsure that regular safety audits and inspections are conducted across properties.\nAssist with risk assessments and follow up on actions arising from safety inspections.\nReport and escalate any safety concerns or incidents to the appropriate stakeholders.\nKeep up to date with relevant safety regulations and the Building Safety Act.Requirements:\n\nProven administrative experience, ideally within property management or health and safety.\nKnowledge of health and safety legislation, procedures, and best practices.\nExperience with compliance tracking, safety inspections, or risk assessments is a plus.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on detail.\nStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nProficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., compliance management systems, MS Excel).\nA proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.\nA willingness to learn and stay up to date on health and safety regulations, including the Building Safety Act.\nTeam player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.How to Apply:\n\nReady for this incredible opportunity?
