Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience performing a wide variety of maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks on residential and commercial properties. The Property Maintenance Specialist will ensure all repairs and upkeep are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, providing exceptional service to clients and property owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks to keep properties in optimal condition.
• Handle minor electrical repairs, such as fixing wiring, lighting, and switches.
• Conduct basic plumbing work, including repairing leaks, toilets, sinks, and drains.
• Carry out carpentry projects, such as installing doors, repairing furniture, and building shelving units.
• Address general maintenance needs such as painting, drywall repair, and caulking.
• Repair or replace flooring, tiles, and windows as required.
• Inspect properties to identify areas needing repair or improvement.
• Assemble furniture, equipment, and appliances as necessary.
• Perform basic HVAC maintenance, such as filter replacement and cleaning.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and in proper working condition.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to safely operate a variety of hand and power tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or relevant certifications are a plus.
