Full-Time Maintenance Technician
M G & J’s General, LLC & Delta Property Maintenance Group, LLC

We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and experienced Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance, plumbing, and carpentry. This role is essential to keeping our properties in top condition and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for tenants and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders, routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and general repairs.

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues.

• Perform general carpentry work, including drywall repair, painting, and door repairs.

• Prepare residential and commercial units for turnovers.

• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections.

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies while performing duties in a professional and efficient manner.

Requirements:

• Prior hands-on maintenance experience.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical knowledge.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Qualifications:

• Experience and/or certifications in electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, or appliance repair.
