Property Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Property Maintenance Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our residential property. The job tasks will require electrical, plumbing, drywall, and painting experience.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders and repairs in a timely fashion
• Assist with groundskeeping, lawn care, and snow removal.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Must have own tools, driver's license, and reliable transportation.
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
• Position requires on-call duties after hours and weekends.
• Fabrication and hanging of slab doors 

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or a similar role
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload and work with minimal supervision
• Deadline and detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task.
• Good communication skills
• Strong knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and painting a must.
