Proposal Engineer

Job Description Proposal Engineer Key Responsibilities: ·        Assessment and evaluation of tenders & industrial enquiry of water & wastewater treatment, highlight key requirements & risks to management and build ideas on project winning strategy ·        Design, estimate and prepare offers/contracts for water & wastewater treatment systems ·        Design of ETP, STP, WTP, UF/RO, Pumping stations ·        Familiar will reverse-osmosis (RO) design software like ROZA, Wave Dow membrane, IMS Design for Hydranautics membrane ·        Preparation of Mass balance, Ionic balance, plant layout, PFD, P&IDs & Hydraulic flow diagram ·        Interpret CAD drawings and coordinate with CAD technicians in the preparation of drawings ·        Control philosophy & SOP for the process design ·        Preparation of technical & commercial proposals as client requirement with best technologies ·        Prepare specifications and purchase requisitions for plants and equipment, evaluate quotations, select vendors ·        Preparation of both technical & commercial bid for the online tendering within tender deadlines ·        Participate in government tendering for the technical & commercial negotiations ·        Meetings the clients for technical & commercial discussions & finalization of orders ·        Costing & Estimation of civil quantities & electromechanical equipment Preparation of BOQ ·        Conduct data analysis, report writing, and presentations to clients and agencies Qualifications: ·        School & Graduation - BE/B. Tech.
