Role Definition
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop piping systems in accordance with project requirements and applicable codes and standards.

Conduct piping layout studies, ensuring optimal routing and spacing for piping systems.

Prepare and review piping isometrics, layouts, and detailed design drawings.

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate piping systems with other engineering disciplines.

Perform stress analysis and support design to ensure system integrity and reliability.
-
Oversee piping material selection and specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and reports related to piping design.

Support procurement activities and vendor evaluations for piping materials and components.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in piping engineering, specifically in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.

Strong knowledge of piping design principles, materials, and relevant codes (e.g., ASME, ANSI, API).

Proficiency in piping design software (e.g., AutoCAD, PDMS, or similar).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
