Position Title Publicity and Digital Marketing Officer Position Code M011 Location Dubai, United Arab Emirates Job Description: As a Publicity Officer, your mission is to amplify the brand presence, enhance reputation, and create a buzz around Power Plus Cable's products. You are like the conductor of the company's symphony—orchestrating harmonious communication across various channels. Key Responsibilities. Strategic Planning: You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop a robust publicity strategy. This involves understanding the company's goals, target audience, and unique selling points. Media Relations: You are the bridge between Power Plus Cable and the media. You cultivate relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers. Content Creation: You're a wordsmith! You craft compelling content—whether it is for press releases, blog posts, or social media. Event Coordination: When Power Plus Cable hosts an industry conference, trade show, you are there, making sure the spotlight is on the company. You coordinate trade show participation, appointing stand builder, finalize the design, logistics, invite target audience, and ensure the event runs smoothly. Digital Presence: You manage the company's online reputation. That means monitoring social media, responding to comments, and sharing exciting updates. Qualification Bachelor's degree in Arts, Specialize in media and communication or a related field. Masters' degree shall be an added advantage. Experience Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in Technical & Design roles within the cable manufacturing industry. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and critically. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD software and other relevant design tools. Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Good understanding of publicity and event organizing. Related software proficiency like Paint, Coral Draw etc. Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
