グローバルに展開する外資系食品メーカー、国内でもマーケットシェアTop5に入る企業です。 機能性表示食品を主軸とし、さらなるイノベーションや改善を続けております。群馬県の工場において、プロセス エンジニアを求めております。職務概要：- 工場の期待に完全に応え、コスト超過やコストペナルティーを回避するために、専門的なプロセスエンジニアリングの観点から、プロジェクトが技術的に健全であることを確認する- 食品プロセス設計 - スコープ要件に基づく詳細設計の実施- 見積依頼書（RFQ）の作成- オファー分析と比較- 据付サポート : 現場のチームを管理することでプロセスの据付をサポートし、すべての安全性、衛生、据付が詳細設計通りに行われるようにします- 試運転サポート :　プロセス設計要件を満たすためのプラント試運転を実施します- プロジェクトの設計、調達、製造、据付、試運転に携わるプロジェクトチームと設計仕様や技術的方向性を確認し、これらの活動に関連するモニタリングや是正処置を行う- 適切な専門分野において、プロジェクトに関連する請負業者の活動を監督する- プロジェクト・エンジニアリングの立場で仕事をする場合、プロジェクト・コストのレビュー（プロジェクト・コストが予算内でコントロールされていることを確認するため、エンジニアリング・プロジェクト・マネージャーへの月次報告を含む- プロポーザルからの引き渡し時やプロジェクト期間中に、プロセスオートメーションや電気設備のリスクや機会を特定する- プロジェクトのサインオフ後、プロジェクトマネージャーとエンジニアリングプロジェクトマネージャーへのフィードバックを含め、プロセスと技術的な観点からプロジェクトの一般的な結果について技術レポートを提供する- 法定要件に沿った品質と安全性の問題を常に重視すること- プロセスエンジニアは、セントラルエンジニアリングチームと連携し、サポートを行う- To ensure the project is technically sound from a specialist process engineering perspective in order to fully meet the factory expectations and to avoid cost overrun and/or cost penalties. - Food Process Design – Conduct detail design based on the scope requirements.- Request For Quotation (RFQ) Preparation- Offers analysis and comparison- Installation Support – Support process installation by managing the teams at site and ensure all the safety, hygiene and installation done as per detailed design.- Commissioning Support – Conduct plant commissioning to meet process design requirement- Verify design specifications and technical direction with the project team involved in design, procurement, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of projects, along with the monitoring and corrective action relating to these activities.- Overseeing activities of related contractors on the project within the specialist field as appropriate.- When working in a project engineering capacity, review of project costs (including monthly reporting to the Engineering Project Manager to ensure the project costs are in control and within budget.- Identify process automation and electrical risks and opportunities specifically at handover from proposals and generally over the project life.- Provide technical report after project sign off on the general outcome of the project from both a process and technical perspective, including feedback to the Project Managers and the Engineering Project Manager as appropriate.- To place emphasis on Quality and safety issues in line with statutory requirements at all times.- The Process Engineer will be connected to the Central Engineering team for supportRequirements必須要件：- 乳製品、飲料、医療業界でのプロセスエンジニア経験をお持ちの方- 食品製造工程や設備に精通している方- 流暢な英語力、日本語での基本会話が可能な方- 学歴: 機械工学、物理工学、化学工学、または同等の学歴を有する方- ユーティリティに関する知識（氷水、蒸気など）- 食品プロセスに関するプロジェクト実施に携わった経験があれば尚可- CAD（2Dおよび3D）、MS Office、プロジェクト管理ツール（Microsoft Projectなど）の使用経験があれば尚可- Experience in Process engineer at dairy, beverage or medical industry - Is familiar with the food production process and equipment- Education background: Education in mechanical / physics / chemical engineering or similar. - Utility knowledge (ice water, steam etc.)- Experience in working on project implementation regarding food process is anadvantage- Proven experience of using CAD (2D & 3D), MS Office, and projectmanagement tools (e.g. Microsoft Project) is an advantage- Fluent in English, Japanese basics conversation required (Working Visa in Japan)Benefits雇用形態：正社員 (6ヶ月試用期間、期間内の条件変更なし) 勤務時間：　8：45～17：30（実働7時間45分）想定年収：6-9M +業績賞与 (現年収・ご希望・経験/スキルを考慮の上、優遇)休日休暇：完全週休2日制（土・日）　〈年間休日120日〉年次有給休暇：初年度12日（別途：傷病休暇5日、特別休暇2日等）福利厚生・待遇：給与改定（年1回、1月） 、賞与年2回（6月・12月）交通費全額支給 、社会保険完備（雇用、労災、健康、厚生年金） 、退職金（勤続1年以上）等5年前と比較し退職率も改善しており、自律性を持って自らと組織を成長させる意欲を持った方と求めております。車・バイク・自転車通勤可、転居にかかるサポートや、60km以上離れた場所にお住いの方への社用車貸与制度などもあります。年次有給休暇：初年度12日（別途：Sick off 5日、特別休暇2日）詳細はミーティング時にお話させて下さい。
