Pyrolysis Manager

Airswift (Air Energi Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a Pyrolysis Manager (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Atyrau, 5\2. We are looking for candidates with the drive and commitment to make a genuine difference to our performance to ensure that the company continues to differentiate itself from competitors by delivering quality service to our client’s requirements.


Knowledge required to perform the job duties:            


1) legislative and other normative acts, which the employee is guided by when performing work;                    


2) internal documents regulating the activities of the Partnership, which the employee is guided by on the issues of the work performed;                


3) basic processes of designing construction of industrial facilities, supply of equipment and materials, pre-commissioning (hereinafter referred to as “PPNR”), commissioning (hereinafter referred to as “commissioning”), start-up of a technological unit/production/complex;        


4) fundamentals of economics, production organization and management;                    


5) advanced and international experience in the field of design and construction;            


6) basic principles of organization of investment activities in industrial construction;                    


7) industrial safety requirements for the operation of process pipelines, equipment, pressure vessels.                        


                    


Skills required to perform the duties:                    


1) proven knowledge and skills in the field of oil refining and/or oil and gas chemistry (preferably: technologies related to thermal, catalytic, gas fractionation processes, etc., etc.);        


2) management of a production unit;                    


3) ability to quickly acquire and apply new knowledge;                    


4) High level of organization and time management, including resource allocation and task coordination;            


5) communication
