As our customers navigate evolving challenges in agility, flexibility, and cost reduction while maximizing content quality and asset value, Grass Valley’s Agile Media Processing Platform (AMPP) solutions, including content management and editing tools, are at the forefront of shaping the future of media production.        The Role  We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to contribute to our reliable, end-to-end, open-systems-based Media Production solutions tailored for Content Creators, Broadcasters, and Media Organisations.   Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Scrum teams to develop and execute automated tests. Utilize tools such as Visual Studio, XUnit, SpecFlow, and Playwright. Write code to address quality issues through test automation. Enhance the TestOps strategy, ensuring contributors produce high-quality tests and code. Identify opportunities to improve the DevOps process and reduce technical debt. Participate in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle within an Agile environment. Conduct performance, scalability, functional, and regression testing. Investigate performance and stability issues within a large, complex, and evolving code base. Apply and optimize software development practices, including development, testing, and integration in an Agile environment. Review code written by team members. Provide demos of delivered improvements and tests. Stay current with the latest technologies. Required Qualifications: Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills. Experience performing API tests. Proficiency in object-oriented programming, specifically using .NET C#. Knowledge of microservice technologies such as Kubernetes and AWS. Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and tools like ADO, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent troubleshooting skills. What We Offer: Stable employment with a competitive salary.
