QA Engineer (Platform Engineering)

If you have ever watched video or read a web page on the Internet, chances are that they were delivered using Limelight technology.We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our growing Platform Engineering team in Ukraine.The Platform Engineering team is responsible for building our Traffic Engineering, POP Selection, and Network Management solutions.Qualifications (Minimum Experience, Education, Training Skills):Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Equivalent4+ years QA experience3+ years test automation experience using PythonProven experience in designing and developing test automationProven experience in manual testing of back-end systemsExperience with Unix / LinuxExcellent knowledge and experience in Web technologies (e.g.: DNS, REST, JSON)Excellent in spoken and written EnglishDesired Experience:Work in agile / scrum methodologyNetwork ManagementTesting custom protocols, datasets, CLI toolsKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong software development and debugging skillsCapable of taking general directions and working with peers and team members to deliverExpert in required technical areasExcellent understanding of QA methodologiesWriting and executing test plansAbility to deep dive into complex problems & find their root causeExcellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skillsThis job description is not an all-inclusive summary of duties or responsibilities.Job duties or responsibilities may change with or without advance notice.
