QA Engineering Professional
Why this job mattersThe QA Engineering Professional supports the critical testing activities for a portfolio of products and services, following best practice standards for test quality, resource planning and issue resolution, in alignment to business strategy and requirements.Skills and ExperienceSkills:• Having around 4-6 years of experience as a QA with 3+ years of experience into Web Automation & API testing. • Good Selenium Automation exposure with 3+ years of working experience on Native app testing• Experience with mobile automated testing frameworks, such as Appium, Espresso, Flutter or XCUITest.• Expertise in testing methodologies, test techniques and agile QA practices • Good communication skills of test status across engineering team and stakeholders • Hands on experience in Java or JavaScript is must have• Hands on experience in Selenium/WDIO, RestAssured, BDD, Cucumber, NodeJS and Postman.• Background in DevOps tooling for execution of automation tests such as Jenkins, GIT, PAAS, Monitoring / Log aggregation• Hands on experience with emulators, simulators & A Good understanding of the Android and iOS designs and its components.• Experience of integrating test scripts into Continuous Integration Pipelines• Working knowledge of JIRA / Confluence• Understanding of complex Headless / Serverless front end testing requirements Experience: • Experience testing on App, and backend API systems, and Functional testing as well.• Experience with cloud technology such as AWS, Azure etc.• Experience with BDD or TDD • TMMi experience or certification (desirable) and ISTQB (Advanced)• Experience working with offshore and onshore teams• Test Management experience across major IT projects & programmes.• Overall testing strategies and implementation experience, A solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality release of software products on time and within budget.Our leadership standardsLooking in:Leading inclusively and SafelyI inspire and build trust through self-awareness, honesty and integrity.Owning outcomesI take the right decisions that benefit the broader organisation.
